Yesterday evening, I saw one of the new electrics on it's way through the city centre back to the interchange on a 24 from Hornsea!
On the subject of the new 'dealer stock' MMCs, I know this might seem obvious (I'm only asking because on another thread someone said they rode on an operator's...
If that's the case, then maybe the existing MMCs for the route could be reallocated to somewhere like the Withernsea 75/X7 and the Evosetis used currently on that route could be debranded and used on any other routes in general?
I wonder if it'll be replaced with something new in their next round of new bus orders in general or if they'll just pull a bus from somewhere else to replace it?
I wonder how long after they officially go into service will we also see them on routes like 35 to Willerby or the 54/104 Castle Hill Hospital circular?
I've seen on one occasion where someone's ticket wouldn't scan on the Ticketer machine, from a quick glimpse it looked like it was starting to fade and the driver was very rude about it, gave a  look and said well, you're obviously trying to use a fake ticket.
I've only seen some of the new buses doing dummy runs on Spring Bank and Anlaby Road, (around the hospital area) but I wonder if anyone here has seen them do a dummy run of the 54/104 Castle Hill Hospital circular yet?
On the Stagecoach 250 service between Grimsby and Hull, there is a section of the route near Brockelsby where the audio visual announcement mentions a hail and ride stop, I would never have known about the stop otherwise, Google Maps didn't seem to know about it.
Almost three years ago when I was in Reading, I found the ticket machines rejected my North Lincolnshire issued pass, but every time the driver immediately said go sit down without even giving the pass a further look.
Is that why sometimes when there's timetable changes and I go on Google Maps and select one of the stops for that route, it can go for weeks saying 'No upcoming departures'?
Wishful thinking, but it would be nice if Scunthorpe got some, 73 plates might be setting my expectations too high, but some 19 plate ones in Scunthorpe wouldn't be a bad shout.
But at the same time, it would be somewhat annoying after the electrics are delivered to see both all the 19 plate...
