This is not the first time this has happened!

Normally retrieved within a few hours with help from a MOM (Mobile Operations Manager)

How would it have likely happened? Was it left without a parking brake fully engaged or something like that?

Looks to be a Bradshaw passenger transit buggy. Max speed either 15mph or 17mph if I'm reading the website right.
