Used the 120 from North Berwick to Lime Tree Walk and return on a recent sunny weekday. I was quite surprised how busy it was. Some local journeys to Tesco and caravan park, a few visitors going to Tantallon Castle and some getting off at the Whitekirk Hill stop in both directions. I think quite a few were stating their destination as East Linton when they got on in North Berwick. Probably about 15-20 on board at all times in both directions.I've yet to try the 121 and 123 services, are they genuinely well used? I've tried the 120 three times (twice under Eve and the last time when it was ECB) and the service level was pretty fine for a local service, it was definitely a handy link.
I used it on 23 March at lunchtime from Dunbar to North Berwick. It was a nice day and people were about but loadings on the bus were dismal.Used the 120 from North Berwick to Lime Tree Walk and return on a recent sunny weekday. I used the service for the first time on Tuesday to visit Tantallon Castle. There was a good load of probably around 20 on board when I caught the bus to the castle from East Linton, far fewer people on board when I caught the bus later to North Berwick from the castle. It's clear that the service provides some useful connections, particularly for leisure travellers like myself.Used the 120 from North Berwick to Lime Tree Walk and return on a recent sunny weekday. Hence why I said "also".

Shuttle Service to connect Cammo and Cramond during roadworks - Lothian Buses
Due to the ongoing roadworks in Davidson’s Mains, which are affecting Lothian Services 47/47B, we are providing a free shuttle bus service connecting Cammo and Cramond in partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council. This shuttle service will operate seven days a week and will provide vital...www.lothianbuses.com
The works there mean the 47/B cannot serve Cramond.I don't get what this has to do with Davidson's Mains?
Ok thanksThe works there mean the 47/B cannot serve Cramond.

Whatever is availableI wonder what vehicle will be used on the free shuttle, I'd guess a 7900?
Ooh! Ooh! Time for a bring back a StreetAir post?!?Whatever is available

Or time to fish out that Merry Christmas -branded double decker?Ooh! Ooh! Time for a bring back a StreetAir post?!?
[For the record, this is intentional satire.]
Possibly buses 3 and 4 heading to a new home?Travelling south over the Queensferry Crossing, I noticed 2 plain white (ex?) Lothian 7900Hs heading northbound. Does anyone know what is happening there?
Bus 8 is also white now - I assume 1&2 getting same treatmentPossibly buses 3 and 4 heading to a new home?
New owner must have paid the extra for Lothian to give them a new paintjob, IIRC Lothian used to offer a full white repaint with any vehicle for an extra cost around 2017ish. The Marbill 04 plate tridents and Scanias that went south were a few examples of thisTravelling south over the Queensferry Crossing, I noticed 2 plain white (ex?) Lothian 7900Hs heading northbound. They are now with the Highland Council.Possibly buses 3 and 4 heading to a new home?
No to those both questions. I’m led to believe that they will be diesel’s and it’s a project between Volvo and ADL. The first time they have collaborated for many years.Sorry if I’m a bit behind, but has it been publicly confirmed what the new Airlink fleet is going to be? Also, is there any more news on the Volvo/ADL electrics?
Who drives them up north, Lothian drivers or someone else? They are now with the Highland Council.
Yes, its useful if you don't want to double back on the routes back to Edinburgh. You can link up with X7 at Dunbar.I used the service for the first time on Tuesday to visit Tantallon Castle. Not a surprise the Highland Council has been spending a lot of time with Lothian, as it has publicly said it wants a Lothian-style bus company in the Highlands. They are now with the Highland Council.
It was the Highland Council drivers taking them up I believe.Who drives them up north, Lothian drivers or someone else?
Thanks. It was the Highland Council drivers taking them up I believe.
The third one is still to come. Highland Council only had two free drivers today, and both are here I’ve just got a photo of them.Thanks.
Did all three make it up without breaking down? Just interested as 11-50 seem to be set up mechanically for lower speed work, and at higher speeds the engine is revving very high, and I thought it wouldn't be good for the electric/hybrid parts of them too. I assume 1-10 were set up in the same way but I could be wrong.
