Seems that 5901 and 5910 have been out of traffic for a while now, and 5913 out of traffic for very long - any updates on their condition?
Heard recently that all 455/9s are due to be gone by the end of the year, and this is certainly shaping out to be the case currently.

My apologies, this was not the case. I’ve been informed by my railway-working friend that something dropped off one of the units so progress had to be halted and backtracked to BPW until a further move to Newport is requested.
37800 is attached to the units now (5912/5916) , dead, facing Newport. Presumably when the 321s from yesterday are scrapped the 455s will follow , space permitting.

That would be 455902, was taken to Newport earlier this week however I’m told that 455909 has also made its last journey so it’s difficult to know

5902 went by road. 5909 is still at Wimbledon. Think that and 5850 are next away by rail, next week.

Todays 5Y51, Bournemouth TMD to Wimbledon TMD, was formed of units 5718 and 5871.

I saw 718 in service just a couple of days ago! Must have been a very quick trip to seaside for it!

If the allocation on RTT was correct, 5718 was 2D51 1739 Waterloo - Guildford last night. It must have been in the consist, or possibly solo, of 5B39 0915 Wimbledon - Bournemouth this morning.
The last report I picked up for 5715 was 20.06.25 2G92 2307 Guildford - Wimbledon

5715 is on an A exam. It had been in the shed with 5705 which together had had some delays In service. I am not sure which one of the two was the recalcitrant.

5701 is at Bournemouth for attention.
5702 has a coach in Kilmarnock.
5750 is at Bournemouth for attention.
5869 is at Eastleigh for attention.
5871 is at Wimbledon for attention.

- Have any SWR 455/7s or 455/8s been permanently withdrawn? (only 455/9s?)
- I think 455917 has been withdrawn?
