None of them were actually on the 6 or transferred to Scotstoun, they were out doing "something special" which isn't public information at the minute. Do with that what you will. Jumping to conclusions from bustimes isn't good practice at all now is it XD
Oh, then I’m worried about Scotstouns fleet then. Since most of the Gemini have moved to Caledonia recently, and nothing has been sent over to replace them.
The Aberdeen Geminis should be coming down after the hydrogen issue is fixed, and remember the Streetlites are in the process of coming down already which could send some E300s over to Scotstoun from Blantyre. Still waiting on 33911 and 33918 too

Not until the green hydrogen plant is operational and all 25 hydrogen buses can be used, which is supposed to be in 2026 barring any delays, which is quite possible.

Positively hard worked compared to the ones on Merseyside where there are 10 with Stagecoach that have never worked in 2 years.
Yeah, but they’re mostly needed for the 6, and the Enviro 400 MMCs are needed for the 77. Also, does the X4 really need two double deckers on weekdays now?

Today 69271 & 69299 are doing short workings on the 6 between EK Bus Station and Calderwood. This is due to the majority of the 6s running about 25' late coming from Glasgow and allowed them to turn at the Bus Station.
Passengers then transferred onto the "shuttle" buses.

Aye and the 6 we a pre existing route so gaining those enviros to lose geminis is a fair deal
So if this is a long term solution, then I imagine the Urbans will more than likely be prioritised for this shuttle service given their age. A shame, but issues with the 6 have been voiced loud and clear so if it works it works.

I don't know. I happened to see what was going on whilst stood watching at the bus station.
There is roadworks there causing long delays EK bound.
I forgot why again, mainly because of everything going on. What page number of this thread was it mentioned on again?
Same as has been said regarding McGills starting any sort of route it will be extremely hard to schedule any service around the bridge being available for use.
The alternative routes that would need to use would destroy any sort of timetable so it's safe to assume I think we won't see any unless someone comes up with some sort of creative idea that would see services temporary terminating and the use of Renfrew ferry

You could possibly run a service, probably from Clydebank to Braehead, with the proviso that during any period of closure the service would run as an express service via the Clyde Tunnel. Bit of a Heath Robinson solution but given that the bridge will only close infrequently it might just work.

Issue is that Clyde pilot's wants the bridge open 3 hour before a ship passes so your looking at a 4 hour window where it can't be used
Wouldn’t the Erskine Bridge way be quicker for buses from Clydebank?

I find it annoying that FG announce timetable changes to all these services but don’t print the new timetables at same time. We are left to wonder if our journeys are changing. I use 241/242 regularly and it would be good to know what’s changing.
