If it’s for talent pools suppose you can just sit there and apply for them all lol well if you live within an hour of them haha

From what I can gather, a talent pool basically gets the first part of the recruitment out of the way leaving them a pool of applicants to place on courses as/when they decide to run them (if the applicant still wishes to or is able to join at that point).

If the jobs are for trainees I see no reason why they wouldn't be open to new applicants, but be aware even if you pass all the tests and interview there may not be a job at the end of it, and likely nothing this year.

At another TOC I applied for recently, they were going through the process now ready for next years courses.

Yeh if im not wrong I believe GA Ilford is pretty subscribed currently driver wise. But still definitely worth applying and going about your day.

Anyone able to screenshot some of the question.
Forum should have rules about asking for stuff like this.

If some unexpecting person actually did this is would compromise their application.

If you can't pass a simple SJT, then you shouldn't be here.

Rules on what? If asking for rules the same would apply for many information readily provided here and thus that doesn't mean someone picks the same answers as its what you inevitably pick from most to least. People have asked for MMI questions, etc before.

Unless most here are assuming they know the exact answers from the questions that will help the sift I'm not exactly sure what the issue is but not to ruffle any more feathers, got home from work to have a look at it.

I absolutely agree there shouldn’t be a rule. Maybe someone as yourself should start a thread entitled please spoon feed me and hold my hands as I take a whizz

I forgot the questions are questions because they come with the answer itself. A lot of lacking comprehension here.

does anyone know if undertaking this will impact my existing OPC passes
It's an SJT you won't have your passes affected as it's essentially for the first sift

Sorry but why did you need the screen shots of the questions then?
