we do get extras and some good perks. But yes, at base value it’s not great in comparison to drivers.
Hence I’m making the switch, I want to earn more for doing and knowing less and have less responsibilities.

I just had a read through their website, they have a lot of useful info on there mate. Look at things like aims, slogan, awards etc

Do you genuinely believe drivers retain more information and do more than signallers? You don’t even have to steer the train, we do that for you.

Thanks mate, me I don't remember calling anyone lazy haha its for the rugby depot, most still have a few positions there to fill for may training.

It is strange because I was asked for payroll details, but didn't get a contract yet.

I got my official contract yesterday, 3 days after payroll details. So sit tight; applied for Willesden but got Tilbury as my house sit in between 2 depots
