If it is Bewdley it is not allowed not an NR station. But it could be.

Looking at it more closely I don't think it is. The loco has a spotlight fitted, you would not have this on the SVR and the platform number is old BR style.

Hmm, with the bridge like that, I was thinking it was a preserved railway but it's a NR station and it looks Midlandy but unless it went to Tyseley on a LEM, I don't think it is.
