There aren’t that many of these out today that I could find, here’s what I found, hope that helps

On Southend Victoria - Liverpool Street for most of the day, departing Southend at 06:30; 09:10; 14:30; 17:10 & 22:30 and departing Liverpool Street at 07:55; 13:13; 15:55; 21:13 & 23:45. Also does the 10:46 & 18:46 Liverpool Street - Braintree & 12:00 & 20:00 return

On Redhill - Tonbridge shuttles, starting with 06:03 Tonbridge - Redhill then even hours from Tonbridge and odd from Redhill until the 23:00 Redhill - Tonbridge

On Charing Cross - Tunbridge Wells all day , apart from the 06:29 Tonbridge - Tunbridge Wells and 00:35 v.v.

It was 185149; 142005 is doing some empties between Newton Heath and Ashburys but no passenger service.
Can’t find 142058 I’m afraid

05:33 Manchester Victoria - Kirkby
06:36 Kirkby - Manchester Victoria
Then to Newton Heath and that’s it for the day I’m afraid
