Both look to be ending the day today at Penzance.

Unless it gets swapped diagrams, 43005 should work:
1A79 06:47 Penzance - Paddington (due 12:21)

43002 was on a service that got terminated early, looking at the service it finished on, it may work:
1A82 09:00 Penzance - Paddington (due 14:01)

Please don't take these as gospel, in reality the allocations are at the mercy of the HSS Train Service Controller.

Yes, both on the TCD yesterday. 57306 was spare and 57605 was the train engine for 1C99 the down Sleeper.
