I have participated upon this quiz since its original format was launched by Zoe and also on this subsequent version which was re-launched by the forum quizmaster team with re-written rules and in all that time, I have never once entered a headcode in any my postings, as all my postings are based upon timetables and other information, as that has never been part of the rules requirements.

If such a headcode requirement ever becomes part of the rules of this quiz, I will cease participation upon it with immediate effect.

However Paul, in reply to your comment about ceasing to participate on the game if it was to become a rule, that wouldn't be necessary as headcodes are openly available on sites such as Real Time Trains.

As I said in my earlier posting, I have never used any such facility as the one that you mention above as all my postings are based upon timetable databases other than those types.

I am still recovering from the posting hiatus that occurred upon this thread over the last 72 hours or so, so I apologise to all concerned for the posting that I made earlier this morning.

Can I ask all new contributors to add the name of the TOC when using trains and to add the name of the operator as well as any service number when using other modes of transport, to their postings.
