Not seen much lately, due to working in the office. However i did a couple of hours on the service bus this afternoon, and saw the following.
On Kendal Town Services this afternoon were 20774, 33166 (which brokedown at about 16.45), 47009, 47055, 47058.
47056 worked the 17.35 567 Kirkby Lonsdale service.

I have now received my copy of 2009 Stagecoach Bus Handbook by British Bus Publishing, which contains a number of errors. The only ones effecting the North West fleet, that i have found are the seating capacity of 20710-20712, which are listed as being 49-seaters, when there are actually 63-seaters.

47059 ran the evening Cockermouth X5, and i can now say that Optare Solo's were not built to do that route haha. mechanically, it managed pretty well, but it felt like body parts were going to fall off!!!
22608 (!!!) and 35246 on 31A.
35249 on 2.
47616 and 47617 on Mirehouse Circulars.
47023 and 47060 on 1.
20757, 35247 and 35248 on 31.
16734 on SL Ltd Contract along with many B10M's and Leyland Olys.
20777 ran the evening Whitehaven - Cockermouth - Whitehaven 600, and i was a passenger on it haha. was suprised at how well it handled! shame it doesnt have interior condition to match!
20734 was on 30A.
a few different B10M's ran 22.

Workington Bus Station Improvements Phase 1 is now complete. Phase 2 has already begun, so there are some new temporary departure arrangements.

30 / 31 towards Whitehaven will depart Stand B.
30 / 31 towards Maryport and 300 / 301 towards Carlisle will depart Stand A.
300 / 301 towards Whitehaven, X4 / X5, and SL Ltd Contrat will depart Stand C.
all annexe stand departures remain the same as Phase 1.

20777 ran the evening Whitehaven - Cockermouth - Whitehaven 600, and i was a passenger on it haha. was suprised at how well it handled! shame it doesnt have interior condition to match!

The last time i was on this bus, was in 2005 (and it was still wearing stripes livery...) i noticed a few odd seats (looked like the squarer dp seats from a donor olly?). still not a bad bus though!

Apparently 30281 has left Lancaster. Can anyone "in the know" substantiate this?

Also, 14210 is apparently being repaired after someone broke into Barrow depot and reversed it into a wall.

Yes..tbh, I don't think they would ahve minded if they didn't get the F regs back! Claim on the insurance, and the disposal is sorted!

18360 Running late from lancaster at 14:45 to keswick and 30281 is still on the back fence at morecambe depot :roll:

Saw what I thought was 20452 in Westgate this afternoon with no display screen.

17022/23 on the 2a as well as a few MANS.

Info bus also seen heading into Lancaster at around 1.30.

they won't do the sensible thing and put them into J reg oly's at Carlisle haha. its a bit annoying when they have to go out on services and don't have the correct information on the blinds (mostly cos Morecambe's blinds are in them!). i know their main use is schools, so only require "SCHOOL SERVICE" and "000", but when they're on 61A for example, they don't have the "Morton West" and "Harraby East" on the blinds.

Routemasters were sold :-P
LL will end up with ex Preston Bus Metroriders and 3 Lynx's, withdrawn Oly's from Barrow, withdrawn 709D's, withdrawn Vario's, and withdrawn B10M's from across Cumbria. oh, theres also some withdrawn B10M coaches! then theres the stuff that is sitting around that have been robbed of spares haha.

18354 came off a 555 at Kendal and went into depot, was later seen with bonnets open.
14259 and T 608 JBA were parked outside

47058 on 552 and 20776 on a Private Charter to Arnside.

20545 was in the yard this morning after accident damage repairs at carlisle so they must of taken 30281 yesterday afternoon when they brought 20545 back.

In the paintshops at Carlisle yesterday was Paladin B10 20894 and on the forecourt looking ready to depart to Lillyhall was a shabby looking 20727

jonesy3001: correct, the CE driver took 20545 down to ME and took 30281 to CE. both 30281 and 20727 will come to Lillyhall on Monday / Tuesday.

had a bit of frontal accident damage. was repaired and had front bumper resprayed haha. the dark blue on the front is shiny compared to the rest of the dark blue haha.

Lol wouldn't have been surprised if they painted the whole thing while it was in CE. Must have been a while since it had a touch up.

I'm actually surprised ME's B10's haven't had any work done on them in a while bar repairs etc.
