Interesting, it was definitely a pair! I suspect the other was 387120 as that was with 108 that morning and was still with it again this morning on 2C93 0727 Cambridge - King's Cross, which is my morning regular train, although at least before the December timetable the units were diagrammed to split for the day and come back together for 2C32, which is the 1822 King's Cross - Cambridge. So I won't 'fudge' the book - honest

Nuts! That is unfortunate

It appears that the 156 was caped on the 1115 CAR-GLC due to crew issues then swapped onto another circuit at KMK.
The 318 seems to have swapped diagrams with 320311 at MLN
