Today has seen the release of the latest passenger survey from Which?. Almost all London area Commuter TOCs are near the bottom, more on it here:

Meanwhile Southeastern have gone on the attack, saying they're at the bottom because they take "people somewhere they don’t want to be with money they don’t want to pay" (i.e the office) and "It likened passengers’ reluctance to pay season ticket charges as being ‘on a par with water rates'" :P. Not a user of Southeastern so not sure how their services actually are.
