It most certainly does look grim.
And it also looks like the sort of thing you'd find in a fallen seaside resort.
I also spot some odd-coloured houses in the background, and also an old 709D minibus.
It would be easier if the pic wasn't so grainy, but given it is I can't read the sign
I'm tempted to say somewhere in Bristol, but I can't think where matches that. So, let's go with the obvious, and say Grimsby.
Open floor if correct - I hope you all enjoy the game during my absence

Your post was going well until you said Grimsby! It is by the seaside (not sure if it's classed as a fallen resort) and nearer to Bristol than Grimsby.
